The thing that bums me the most about it is that they advertised Neomuna as having “another way to deterministically farm exotics” like list sectors. Vex strike force spawns once in a blue moon and even then the exotic drop is not focused in any way. It’s an absolute joke. If i'm there when it happens i try to do it.

It will show up as a public event on the map, same as a normal event. However, you can move your cursor over it to get more information to pop up. That pop up will tell you if it is a normal public event or a vex invasion. The training materials add up that way. This is the way, as you will optimize your rewards for training modules.
