Healthnet is fine if you are set with your doctors and don't expect to increase services (ie needing specialists, having kids, expanded mental health etc). Blue shield has a wider network so it's easier to find what you need. Healthnet was great when I was single in my 20s, and just needed a primary care doctor and maybe 1 urgent care visit a year.
